Registrar billing is currently done by monthly invoicing, provided there is a negative balance on the registrar account. The invoices will be sent to:
- The (snail mail) address of the Registrar, as defined in the customers Registrar account.
- The email address of the Registrar OR the billing email of the Registrar if defined.
